Ski Boots K2 Recon Zonal BOA 120 Men's are high-performance all-mountain ski boots developed for intermediate and advanced skiers seeking an excellent balance of precision, power and all-day comfort. Flex 120 offers a firm response and efficient energy transfer to the skis, making it suitable for confident skiers tackling both groomed slopes and speed as well as powder-snow areas.
The Zonal BOA Fit System acts on both the shell and the cuff, providing precise, even adjustment around the foot. The system uses micro-adjustable dials, lightweight, highly durable cables and low-friction guides. The BOA design at the cuff equalises tension and distributes pressure consistently over the shin, contributing to better power transfer and maintaining comfort even when the system is firmly tightened.
The shell and cuff are made from TPU, a benchmark material for alpine ski boots thanks to its progressive flex, durability and consistent behaviour across a wide range of temperatures. The construction provides predictable power transfer and efficient edge control without compromising the comfort required for long days on the mountain.
The Mid Volume MultiFit last was developed together with the BOA Fit System to adapt to multiple foot shapes and ensure a secure fit. It is intended for widths between approximately 97 and 100 mm, and the model is available with stated widths of 98, 99 and 100 mm, depending on size.
The P2 liner combines performance and comfort through construction with a durable PE exterior, molded intermediate foam and an open-cell inner layer. The 10 mm PE support tongue improves power transfer, while pre-shaped heel and ankle areas contribute to a secure, comfortable fit.
Fully Heat-Moldable technology allows both the shell and cuff to be heat-moulded to adapt to the foot's shape. The FastFit Instep area uses softer TPU over the foot, making putting on and taking off the boots easier. Forward lean can also be adjusted using the Adjustable Forward Lean system.
The preinstalled GripWalk sole, compliant with ISO 23223, improves grip and comfort when walking and standing, while maintaining efficient power transfer between the ski boot and compatible binding. The wide 45 mm strap with Cam Buckle system complements the construction with firm cuff support and precise closure.
