At SnowSports.ro, we undertake to deliver products quickly, safely and efficiently, for an excellent shopping experience.
 

Delivery method

All orders are dispatched by express courier – Fan Courier.

• Delivery time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.

• Orders placed at the weekend: are processed on the first business day of the following week.
   

Shipping costs

• Orders under 299 lei: 17 lei for the first kilogram; additional charges apply for extra kilograms and kilometres outside the coverage area if the address is outside Fan Courier’s coverage area.

• Orders over 299 lei: free shipping within Fan Courier’s coverage area.

• Deliveries outside Fan Courier’s coverage area: the customer pays for the additional kilometres, calculated at 0,8 lei/km.
   

Special conditions

If the recipient cannot be found at the specified address during the mutually agreed time slot, the courier will return once only after contacting the recipient beforehand. If delivery also fails on the second attempt, the order is cancelled and the parcel is returned to our premises. The costs of a new delivery are borne by the customer, regardless of the order value.
 

Force majeure

SnowSports.ro reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries if they cannot be fulfilled for reasons beyond its control (fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, uprisings, civil disturbances or other force majeure situations), in accordance with the law.
