The warranty period is valid only if you have proof of purchase.
If, during the warranty period, the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, the components affected by these defects will be replaced or, as a last resort, the entire product will be replaced or the amount paid at the time of purchase will be refunded.
The warranty is provided by the authorised distributor/seller if the following conditions are met:
- The product has been used for the purpose for which it was designed
- Presentation of the purchase documents for the defective item and the warranty certificate
- The buyer has familiarised themselves with the correct way to use the product
This certificate becomes invalid in the following cases:
- Improper use
- Exposure of the product to sources of fire, toxic substances or other materials and substances that affect the product.
Snowboards and skis
What is covered
- Structural cracks in the topsheet or base resulting from a manufacturing defect.
- Delamination of the topsheet or base due to a manufacturing defect.
- Misalignment of the screw with the insert. Please note! Incorrect mounting is not covered and is not considered a material defect.
- Breakage or cracking of any part of the binding during use, provided the damage is not caused by an error, abuse, impact or the use of resins or solvents.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by rocks and any other impact damage. Any problems caused by impact, errors, abuse and negligence. These include, but are not limited to, rail and rock damage.
- Cosmetic issues such as discolouration caused by sunlight or unsuitable solvents. Oxidation or rusting of the edges. Use of any adhesives or solvents not specifically intended for snowboards.
- Damage to the board caused by improper mounting of the bindings. Dents or breaks in the binding mounting area.
- Damage caused by personal modifications to the board.
- Damage to the boot resulting from resting the edge on the boot.
- Please remember that the warranty does not cover wear and tear. When purchasing, please check the board for dents or gouges.
