A. If you are a customer of the website, your personal data will be processed, such as:

• Surname and first name
• Telephone number

• Billing address
• Delivery address
• Data relating to how you use the website (for example, your behaviour / preferences / habits within domains
• As well as any other categories of data that you provide directly when creating a user account, placing an order through the website or in any other way resulting from use of the website.

If you use your Facebook or Google account to create a user account on the website, the following public profile data displayed by those applications will be processed: username, email address.

If you choose to create a user account only before completing an order for a product available on the website, your email address will be requested and an account will be created automatically on that basis.

If you do not complete the order, your email address and the other data provided will not be stored by SC OPENBOX CONSULTING SRL, and the account created will be deleted automatically.

3. How long we process your data

Your personal data will be processed for as long as necessary to fulfil the processing purposes mentioned above.

If you are a customer, we will process your data throughout the contractual relationship and subsequently in accordance with the applicable legal obligations (e.g. for financial and accounting supporting documents, for which the statutory retention period is 10 years from the end of the financial year in which they were drawn up).

If you are a customer and exercise your option to delete your user account by clicking the “Delete account” button in the “My account information” section, this action will be interpreted as your choice to unsubscribe from commercial communications through which we keep you informed about the products and services offered through the website.

Accordingly, if you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send you emails and / or SMS messages of this kind.

However, we wish to inform you that deleting your account will not automatically result in the deletion of your personal data.

If you request deletion of your account but there is at least one active order on that account, the account deletion request can only be registered after the products have been delivered and the last active order has been completed.

4. Disclosure of personal data

We do not rent / sell your personal data to third parties.

In addition to the controller, in certain situations the data may be accessible to third parties such as service providers, transport operators, hosting providers and IT companies, appointed, if necessary, as processors by the Controller.

7. Privacy of minors

No persons under 18 years of age are knowingly contacted or information knowingly collected from them. The website is not intended to request information of any kind from persons under 18 years of age.
