1. Available Delivery Methods

Express Courier Delivery – Fan Courier

Products ordered from SnowSports.ro are delivered exclusively by express courier.

Delivery time:
1–3 working days from confirmation of the order by a SnowSports.ro operator.

Note:
Orders received at weekends are processed and fulfilled on the first working day of the following week.

2. Shipping Costs

For orders under 250 lei

• The shipping cost is 25 lei for the first kilogram.

• Additional charges apply for each extra kilogram and for kilometres outside the coverage area, if the destination locality is not within the coverage area of Fan Courier.

For orders of 250 lei or more

• Free shipping within the coverage area of Fan Courier.

• Outside the coverage area, the customer bears the cost of additional kilometres, at 0.8 lei/km.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

SnowSports.ro reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries in circumstances beyond the company’s control, including:

• Natural disasters (fires, explosions, floods);

• Epidemics or pandemics;

• Social and political events (strikes, protests, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, wars);

• Other force majeure situations, in accordance with Romanian legislation.

4. Policy When the Customer Is Absent

If the customer cannot be found at the specified address during the mutually agreed time interval, the courier will attempt another delivery after contacting them.

If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled and the products will be returned to the premises of SnowSports.ro.
The customer will bear the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the order value.

5. Receipt of Products

Upon receiving the parcel, the customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging and the conformity of the products.

Acceptance upon receipt confirms that the products have been delivered in good condition and correspond to the order placed.

6. Maximum Liability of SnowSports.ro

In the event of non-delivery or improper delivery, the maximum compensation payable by SnowSports.ro cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order.
