Jones Twincraft Unisex Snowboard 26/27

Jones Twincraft 26/27 Unisex Snowboard is a floaty freestyle powder board designed for riders who want to turn natural terrain into a creative playground. Part of the Surf Series and shaped by Chris Christenson, the Twincraft combines exceptional deep-snow float with the playful characteristics needed for spins, butters, side hits and freestyle riding.

The Powder Directional Twin shape features an extra-wide waist while maintaining a twin-friendly feel. This construction provides exceptional flotation in powder while keeping the board balanced and predictable for switch riding and creative freestyle moves.

The True Medium Camber profile uses a traditional camber shape with a more mellow bend between the inserts. It delivers a balanced combination of response, grip and pop while keeping the board playful and maneuverable at slower speeds.

Medium Traction Tech features three traction bumps along each edge, positioned near the front binding, at the center of the board and near the rear binding. The middle bump is slightly larger to provide increased grip and control on firmer snow.

Pow Kicks feature extra-long elevated tips at the nose and tail to maximize the board's surface area. This design increases float in deep snow without compromising the grip of the camber profile or the agility provided by the short sidecut radius.

The Low 3D Contour Base introduces subtle surf-inspired three-dimensional shaping. It features 2 mm of spoon bevel in the nose and 0-2 mm in the tail, helping reduce drag and making turn initiation smoother and more effortless.

When riding flat, the spoon bevel helps smoothly deflect snow away from the nose. During turn initiation it helps the board roll onto its edge with reduced friction, while through the middle of the turn the camber and Traction Tech maintain edge grip as the 3D shaping reduces drag from the nose and tail.

The medium 6/10 flex delivers a balanced and intuitive board feel. It provides enough support for speed and varied terrain while remaining playful enough for freestyle riding, butters and creative movements.

The Master Core uses responsibly harvested Paulownia and Poplar in a dual-density construction. The 1:1 Paulownia-to-Poplar stringer ratio creates a lightweight, durable and responsive core with plenty of pop.

Biax Fiberglass uses a dual-layer, dual-directional laminate construction that provides a forgiving yet snappy board feel, mid-soft torsional flex and quick energy transfer.

ampliTex Carbon / Flax Stringers combine carbon with naturally sourced flax fiber in a hybrid performance construction developed together with Swiss engineering company Bcomp.

The Sintered 8000 Base is a premium sintered base material designed to be fast, highly wax absorbent, easy to repair and exceptionally durable.

The Premium Topsheet is durable and scratch resistant, engineered to withstand demanding daily use and harsh mountain conditions.

Bio Resin is a bio-based epoxy made with 27% plant-based carbon and reduces CO2 emissions by 33% compared with conventional petroleum-based epoxy.

Recycled ABS sidewalls feature a rounded finish that improves durability while reducing topsheet chipping and impact damage.

The recycled steel edges are made from recycled German steel and engineered for maximum strength and long-lasting durability.

Forever Flex stabilizes the snowboard's flex and profile throughout its lifetime. The boards are initially overbuilt and then mechanically broken in through a process that simulates approximately 20 days of riding, providing more consistent flex from day one.

Factory Tuned means the snowboard comes factory de-tuned at the tip and tail, allowing it to be ridden straight out of the shop.

Wend Natural Wax is applied at the factory so the snowboard arrives ready to ride.

The Jones Twincraft is produced in a Fair Trade Certified factory powered by 100% solar energy.
