MARKER ALPINIST 8 TOURING BINDINGS (270 g without brake) offer everything experienced ski tourers need. Their construction allows active length compensation without affecting ski flex. A very rigid, carbon-reinforced front section with an ISI toe piece makes stepping into the binding easier, as the wide footprint with an integrated stop automatically positions and aligns the boot. Kinematically optimized pin levers then allow the pins to close with a simple light push. The heel is equipped with 0°, 5° and 9° climbing aids and can be switched quickly and easily from climbing to downhill mode. A 38 mm-wide hole pattern efficiently transfers power to the edges, meaning control and excellent steering.
