Jones Howler Men's Snowboard 26/27

Jones Howler 26/27 Men's Snowboard is a high-performance board created for riders who combine aggressive freeriding with backcountry freestyle. Designed with Victor de Le Rue and Elena Hight, the Howler is built to turn technical terrain into a freestyle playground, delivering the power and precision required for steep lines, massive airs, powerful turns and high-speed riding.

The Directional shape features a longer nose, shorter tail and setback stance to improve float, maneuverability and edge control. This configuration is optimized for resort and backcountry performance while retaining the dynamic feel required for creative freestyle riding.

The High Power Camber profile features full tip-to-tail camber combined with an extended flat zone under the rear inserts. This design increases power through the tail, delivers explosive pop and provides locked-in edge control when driving out of turns or landing on steep terrain.

The 8/10 mid-stiff flex provides a precise, powerful and responsive board feel. It is particularly suited to intermediate and expert riders who prioritize stability at speed, strong edge response and dynamic power.

Medium Traction Tech features three traction points along each edge, positioned near the front binding, board center and rear binding. The center traction point is slightly larger to improve grip and control on firm snow.

Low Taper enhances directional performance while maintaining a balanced and dynamic ride on piste. The subtle difference between the nose and tail helps the board remain versatile for resort carving, backcountry freestyle and powder riding.

Tail Kicks are inspired by cruiser skateboards and feature a short, abrupt transition designed to maximize the benefits of the camber all the way to the contact points. The extended flat zone provides a powerful platform for pop and additional support on backseat landings.

The Medium 3D Contour Base features 4 mm of spoon bevel in the nose and 0-4 mm in the tail. This surf-inspired shaping reduces drag, creates smoother turn initiation and improves float in softer snow.

The Power Core is an advanced triple-density full wood core made from responsibly sourced Bamboo, Paulownia and Poplar. Centered Bamboo stringers increase durability, pop and torsional stiffness, while Paulownia reduces weight and helps dampen vibrations.

Koroyd is an extremely lightweight synthetic core material developed from aerospace technology. It absorbs vibrations and reduces swing weight in the tips, allowing quicker and smoother turns.

Triax Fiberglass uses a triple-layer, multi-axis laminate to create a precise and powerful board feel with mid-stiff torsional flex for confident performance in variable snow conditions.

ampliTex Carbon / Flax Stringers combine carbon with naturally sourced flax fibers to improve response and efficient energy transfer.

The Sintered 8000 Base is fast, durable, highly wax absorbent and easy to repair. The board comes factory waxed with WEND Natural Wax and is ready to ride straight out of the shop.

Bio Resin uses 27% plant-based carbon and reduces CO2 emissions by approximately 33% compared with conventional petroleum-based epoxy while maintaining excellent bonding strength and durability.

The recycled steel edges are made from durable German steel, while Recycled ABS sidewalls help reduce impact damage and topsheet chipping.

Forever Flex stabilizes the board's flex and profile throughout its lifespan. The board is initially overbuilt and then mechanically broken in using a process designed to simulate approximately 20 days of riding, creating a more consistent flex from day one.

Factory Tuned means the tip and tail are factory de-tuned so the snowboard is ready to ride immediately.
